biography
A former corporate executive, Shannon Talbot, started her wellness coaching company, Path to Presence, to help people who are burnt out from juggling it all. Shannon helps them maximize their well-being & success so they can have more energy, patience & joy in every area of their life. As a Certified Health & Life Coach, Shannon is extremely passionate about helping people live happier, healthier and more present lives. She spreads this mission through coaching, writing and speaking and has been featured on CBC Radio and in Today’s Parent, Chatelaine, YMC and Thrive Global. Shannon lives in Toronto with her husband Chris, their two incredible sons through adoption, plus a dog and a bearded dragon.
